Jerry was born, raised, and resides in north county coastal area of San Diego. He grew up and went to school in the Encinitas area. He is very grateful, fortunate, and loves his hometown.
Being in the area for a half century now, he knows it inside and out. His main goals are helping his clients find the home they dream about by spreading his in-depth knowledge of the area and keeping them calm, inspired, and at ease through the process. Practicing the principles of honesty and integrity are very important to him.
Jerry ran a successful small business for 15 years and built a great rapport with all his clients. He moved into real estate to challenge himself and go after his big goals. He has a genuine passion for real estate and building relationships with people, inspiring them, and sending out positive energy.
In his spare time, he loves playing guitar, golfing, surfing, snowboarding, and exercising. He loves being with his family and friends and the people that care about his happiness and wellbeing. Keeping active and healthy is very important to him and to his success in his life and his career.
